I have never had the worst service or been treated so horribly in my entire life at a fast food establishment!!! The manager has a Major attitude. The employees seem to always be on their phones or outside just lazing around. The cashier the other night at the drive thru made me cry after I left she was so mean to me. The time before that the manager brought out our food when we ate in and she practically threw the tray at us and slammed it down!!! I shouldn’t of come back after that at all but I let it slide. Rudest and worst people on this entire planet. Even worse than the employees at the Cookout fast food place and that is bad real bad.
Arby's has good roast beef sandwiches but they should stick to roast beef and stay away from trying to make fish sandwiches. Also we had an order of crinkle cut fries the other day and they were not good in the Florence Alabama location. I suspect they're not changing the oil out as regularly as they should.
I know price of thing's has gone up but now the coupon two can dine for 9.99 is a regular sandwich, fries and a drink used to be along with that you got cheese sticks for 8.99 now it's less for more money ?.
it was a mix-up had a voucher was calculated regularly, but it was repaired quickly and we got an apology
