With so many poor customer service experiences out there to be had lately, I admit I was very surprised with the patience, kindness and sense of humor used by the young man who took my order, he seemed to genuinely care that I not feel rushed and that he help me any way he could! When I got the the window, the lady working there was SO nice and funny, her and the young man obviously enjoy working together and what an efficient, helpful and wonderful attitude they showed to me! Usually I have a lot of love for Arby's where a lot of people don't. Just a little frustrated with them this week. The only complaint is that I ordered 30$ worth of food and when I got home only half the order was in the bag. Now I know you're probably like it's Arby's but 30$ at Arby's means I was trying some new stuff and didn't get it. No boneless wings no Mac and cheese lol I'm sure I wasn't missing out on the meal of my life but now I'll probably never order those again. Just to be fair … – show
Cashier was kind and polite. Food was really good and affordable. I even enjoyed the music. Also my whole family used the restroom so I know both were clean.
The staff here was really nice, Food is so so, but you can't have too high of expectations for a chain place.
