We just went for a light meal. The waitress was very pleasant and attentive. The food was great. But the best part was to observe how the employees interact. It was obvious that they were all friends and really enjoyed themselves. There were lots of smiles and laughs. It felt as part of a family reunification It was a wonderful lift to be part of our day and fun. The staff is all in the 20-30s and we are in our mid-70s. But the ambience was wonderful!!!!
The first time I've ever eaten at an Applebee. This restaurant was clean, welcoming and the AC was in full power. I needed my sweater. The restroom was very clean. Our waitress was very nice. We have the Bacon Ranch Waffle Fries. Uh-mazing. I have the grilled chicken with potatoes and broccoli. The potatoes are amazing. My husband has the Bourbon Chicken with Shrimp. He loved it. We were too full for dessert, but there is definitely a good choice.
The food was excellent in taste and presentation. Our waiter was great too. The restaurant itself was ice cold... my food came hot, but it quickly turned cold, with which air system they were blowing in there. It was 48 degrees outside and so cold inside... (yes, I kept my jacket all the time)... definitely not one of the best dunes in experiences.
I sat right away. Drinks came fast and appetizers followed. Our ducks were good, but the waiter didn't check us so much and forget to get our refills. Chocolate lava cake is always a treat and the bill was decent.
