Apollo Grill - Table reservation

Decided to give this place a try for our anniversary. I would give 10 star if I could. First of all the menu is outrageous! So many choices, to satisfy any palate; fined tuned or just looking for basics. We made a meal of appetizers and soups and walked away more than satisfied! We dined on the cream of crab and asparagus and the nights special, mushroom soupdivine! Next we chose 3 apps, steak bites, phyllo wrapped asparagus with prosciutto, and short-rib lettuce wrapsall came out at the perfect temperature and were very well prepared. Michelle was an excellent waitress and even brought up as complimentary limoncello shot along with our single malt chocolate ice cream for dessert! Would definitely return!! Always an amazing meal! Mixed drinks were delicious. We had filet mignon carpaccio, the garlic bread in gorgonzola sauce, and several soups at the table and everyone raved about everything. My husband was very very pleased with his filet with red wine shallot sauce for dinner, while I absolutely loved the duck breast! Our friends had fish tacos, a BLT pizza, and the brisket sandwich and all were very happy! What a super popular spot in Bethlehem RESERVATIONS ARE A MUST Last year we tried to go and they were seating reservations only.
