I stopped in for the 1st time, and I am shook! This is one of those little places you might miss at first glace, but when you stop in and eat you know you are going to become a regular! I had a breakfast quesidilia, and I am so over the moon over this dish! No way I could get this to taste even a 10th as good at home! The portion sizes are huge too, so bring your appetite. The coffee puts Starbucks drip to shame, they can learn a thing or two about good coffee. Don't get me started on the guacamole that came with my dish. I begged to take more home for my left overs, it was that good. I can not say enough amazing things about this place and how sweet the wait staff is.
A Honduran take on the Coney Island was well executed! Had breakfast there and had the Huevos de la Rancheros and the Huevos de la Mexicana. The Rancheros had a rich sauce similar to a Mole that was perfectly balanced out by the eggs, tostada, rice and beans! The Mexicana was light and delicious! There menu was right sized and prices were fantastic for the quality. Would come back for breakfast, but their lunch and dinner menu looked even more amazing with a good variety of Honduran options, such as pupusas, along with Coney Island classics like Coney dogs. Great find!
I've never had Honduran food before but a buddy of mine suggested this place and it was delicious! I had the #2 (steak and onions with tortillas, avocado, Honduran slaw, crema, cheese and fried plantains) and was really impressed. The place was clean and presentable, and the waitress was pleasant and timely. Food came out relatively quick as well. I'll definitely be back!
So good, the huevos con salchichas was top notch. 9$ later I was left completely satisfied, very hard to find this food around and they deserve every bit of praise. Keep it up!
