We had something to do in Schermbeck on Saturday morning and didn't come to breakfast before. My husband was slowly crazy, so it quickly had to get something edible; right at the beginning of the city center is Ännekens Tenne. In the side street we also found a large parking lot. From the outside there was already an inviting impression, with some tables in front of the door. It was too cold to eat outside. The small café made a cozy impression from the inside. 3 tables were full of guests who had breakfast. It was 11:00 and my hope for breakfast rose. It wasn't a problem either, because you can have breakfast here until 12:00, so we were still full in time. The nice service brought us the map. It was possible to choose between small and large breakfasts or to combine breakfast individually. So we ordered 3 rolls (we could choose what kind of rolls we wanted, wheat rolls, grain rolls..., 3 servings of butter, once moved eggs, once a mirror and of course coffee, which also came immediately. The eggs were freshly prepared, decorated with a small salad and served with very small sliced tomato cubes and leek. Everything looked super appetizing and tasted so. The prices were not cheap, but also not overpriced. If we're back close, we'll be safe to eat here. Cup of coffee: 1.80€ Stirred eggs: 3.50€ Mirror eggs: 2.00€ Butter: 0.50€ Grain rolls 1.00€ together, breakfast for 2: 13.60€
