I thought this place would be at least IHOP quality, but I was very disappointed by the overall experience and it is a shame because this place has a lot of potential. The menu is a collage of about 20 courts above the order item. Then they have some things to choose and at the switch to choose how to make your way into the register. Items such as salad, cake slices, corn on a cob and drinks. Then you pay and they bring the food to your table Atlas Chuck e ' Cheese. The table didn't feel clean. My child had to use the toilet room and the toilet room was dirty. For such a big place, with so many tables, I expected a much larger bathroom, but it had only 1 sink, 1 urinal and 1 toilet stall... and they can't keep it clean? The food was terrible. I was afraid other dishes would be too salty, so I played it safely by ordering filled fish, what did I think? It wasn't salty, but it didn't taste like something. My wife didn't like her steak and even my 6-year-old son didn't eat his hot dog. Because of all that I give them only 2 stars. The silver lining was a few workers, they were very friendly and profeasional. This place can be so much better.
I spent the day in Connecticut with my son's family. A beautiful suburb. They chose this restaurant for a quick meal before we went home. We ordered our own food on the front and then we set ourselves. The food came very fast and it was pretty good, but what really bothered me, the carpet was not clean and there was a fly around our tables. I took care of it until the short staff, which seems to be the deliberate collective apology / norm in these days. Toward the end of our meal, a waiter decided to come and see if we needed something. Not the best experience and certainly not the worst.
The food and the service here is always top notch. The only reason I?m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they occasionally overcook the steak. We ordered the Ribeye and Porterhouse medium rare and they seemed to be more on the medium to medium well side. They are good about correcting this issue when asked, but it?s not fun having to wait longer for your meal.
I'm sorry, but no. Everything tasted gross. The steak...was it even steak?? The chicken was thin and super hard. The ribs...I can't. It was so bad. The corn was soggy. The salad was even gross. The best thing was the butter that was melted on the baked potato. Everyone was kind, but my family feels sick from eating here.
