Altiro Latin Fusion Geneva

First time here. Saturday night, not full at all. We ordered 3 different tapa plates. We liked our first which was the steak dish. It was tasty and we each were able to get 3 street size tacos from it. The second was the lamb. We love lamb and eat it regularly. Made their way was not to our liking. It was too sweet, to say the least. We did not eat it. They were very kind to remove it from our bill. The 3rd was a mussels plate. I'd say we each had about 5 mussels. The sauce they came in was more thick than we are used to, but the mussels themselves were good. I wouldn't order it again, though. The servers were friendly, attentive, cordial. I'd say the prices were high, but that's on par with everything in these times. We tipped our server off of 3 plates rather than 2 that we paid for because he was great. I would recommend a try at least. It wasn't something we would frequent because the tastes were different than what we like, so I'm not giving that opinion. I'm remaining neutral in that you should try it on your own.

First time visiting and everything was so good! Location is in a residential neighborhood but it's convenient and parking is available. The overall ambience is modern Mexican with a twist. It's a tapas style with small bites to share. The margaritas were freshly made and you can taste the difference with the ingredients. The tacos were so good, the carnitas steak and shrimp! Will definitely be back!

Altiro had very good food. I enjoyed everything we ate and drank. I tried the Atun, camaleon tacos, and al fundido tacos. I felt as though the food was priced a little high, especially the al fundido tacos which had melted cheese, one singular shrimp, and about half a tablespoon of onion plopped on top. I ordered the sangrona to drink and it was very good.

Food and drinks were excellent. Shelby was a fantastic server! Highly recommend it.
