after a cross trip down the Rhine we walked in kiel von bord. at the end of a day out we walked through quite kiel to find a beautiful German restaurant. we were tired and disappointed in the city center and had asked tripadvisor for help. we had a wonderful eating, large portions, good prices, great beer and all in a rustic restaurant in alpine style. the place was full as the weather was nice and the eating was full on the 30th March! we had schnitzel, late zle and rösti (swiss!)
To drink or eat something, it's just perfect. I'll come once a month because I love this place. the daily dishes are excellent and cheap, the salate juicy, but I admit, I have a weak for rösti (although a little more meaty.) the staff is very pleasant and the service fast, it is good-bourgeois, in short, you will not laugh here, all I took there were delighted.
good service, waiters speak very limited English, but try to help with the order! classic pizza ordered, tastes good. quite empty on a Sunday afternoon, love the inner of the bar!
