the old enginger mill is in fact a traditional place, with beautiful agricultural decoration and a large outdoor area. vegan options include a suppe, two salads, a main course, and one dessert, all marked clearly in the menu. unfortunately, as I had eaten several times similar (ratatouille and kartoffel), I felt like eating something else, and then the options were quite limited for a full meal! I had an salate that was soaked in the dressur (too much to my taste), but the dessert, a coconut panna citta with bilbeere, was quite nice, and the personal has all answered our asking well.

Unfortunately, as I had eaten several times similar food (ratatouille and potatoes), I felt like eating something else, and then the options were quite limited for a complete meal! I had a salad that was soaked in the dressage (too much to my taste), but the dessert, a coconut pan with bilberry, was pretty, and the staff answered all our questions well.

for us one of the best restaurants. it fits everything - ambiente inside and outside to feel comfortable, service in the dirndl very attentive - great card and very delicious food. have been there many times. especially beautiful also f families. wick table

with good weather the beer garden is one of the best in paderborn. good beer, nice operation and on the map the vegan foods are clearly marked. we had the burger, an salad, a suppe and dessert another donut with ice.

in the course of the year we have stayed here some times. as a small hotel it is an ideal location for the opposite. the restaurant is very popular with locals, which is always a good sign.
