Been coming to this location since 1993 back when they were still called Alberto’s Mexican Food. Their salsa was so good we would drink it straight from the cup. Their Carne Asada burritos were made with real Skirt Steak and were made-to-order. Unfortunately over the years they’ve made some changes due to cost and efficiency. They now use a less expensive beef cut, pre-cook it, and place it on the steamer table.
This place is an instant classic. Great local spot. The best California Burrito in town. The Carne asada fries are another go too. And if you don’t like those the cheese fries. It’s affordable. Fast. And the staff are great. Another cool thing about this place is they have dual drive thrus. Honestly been going here over 20 years and it’s been the same as long as I can remember. I highly suggest it.
No need for fast food with this place open 24 hours. We literally got food here 4AM, drove 30 mins each way. 150% worth it. Best 24 taco joint I ever had. They need this in New Jersey!!!
Your nachos are by far the best you will ever have. Your bean cheese Burritos are also super good.
