WOW!!! What an incredible place. The staff are super nice and speak English, and they even opened a little early for our poor American stomachs which were ready for lunch when nothing else was open. Our party of did the prix fixe of the day and each of us had an incredible meal. The house red wine was delicious, the chicken was the best chicken I have ever put in my face on this earth, and the view from the restaurant was the cherry on top of our afternoon. Highly recommended if you're in town.
If you like hearty and plentiful meals, this place is for you. The menu is short but diverse. Pig trotters in gravy were sublime. Most of the products come from the local mini-farms, therefore everything is fresh and with a distinct terroir flavor. Highly recommended.
On our way to L'Avenc we stopped in Rupit, and had a great lunch in Restaurant Albert.........girl who served us was fantastic and so friendly, and the food was just perfect for the 5 adults and 2 youngsters! We'll be back soon!
Like every cute village from Spain, I loved it there and come back with pleasure any time.
