Don't bother ordering online Made an order, was told it would be ready in 28 mins. Turned up on time, had to wait 29 mins to collect order people ordered after me in shop and got served. The girl says they can't prioritise and they don't say half hour wait. Well your website does. Not good service. Must to better The do take card payment although they say cash only, the have a card machine.
We often had food from here and was always impressed but unfortunately Saturday was disappointing, chips were nice but the large cod wasn't that large, it was dry and not much meat and the mushy pea portion (micro size so not impressed after a revisiting.
This is our favourite chippie in Ely. Always hits the spot and we have been here quite a few times. They do accept card nowadays which is great. Takeaways only here, and limited waiting space. I recommend getting the curry sauce.
The best chips in Ely and the best chip shop curry sauce I've ever had... Home made and vegan!
