Oh, my, nice find in NYC! The meats are so flavourful, so tender and not nearly as processed as at so many ramen shops. The gyoza are succulent and the skins so gently fried in excellent Japanese style. I personally prefer northern Chinese guo tieh (pot stickers) but for gyoza, these are excellent. We also had the deep fried tofu oh, my, just right with the crispy skin and melt in your mouth fresh bean curd. Oh yes, the ramen! Tonkotsu is something I prefer subtle but others at my table yearned for a deeper, richer flavour. I was VERY satisfied. The noodles al dente as they should be never, never soggy or mushy. Front of house was efficient and friendly. They train them well, obviously. I would definitely come back, again and again!

Noodle Amnesia. I can't remember if we liked this place or not so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. Think my son enjoyed his soup and I may have ordered grilled egg plant and grilled green beans that never came. <br/ <br/ I do remember that the service sucked balls.

Just like Joey in Friends' said...Hmmm...Soup...Imean noodle soup...I mean Soup. I loved the noodles soup. It was alos my first try at sushi, but I found out that I am not ready for raw fish yet. But the best part is Chinese food in China Town. YEAH!!!

For anyone not accustomed to raven this place is nice. Main attraction is raven, but the rest of the menu can quickly grow on you.
