Aca Taco - Table reservation

Hands down my favorite Mexican food all over Chico. The rice and beans that do so great compared to most Mexican restaurants, it reminds me of home when you make the extra effort to make the food authentic, or when grandmother does it the right way. Their other meats are seasoned and perfectly cooked. Only drawback is that this place only brings cash so you can try a little of everything. Be warned if you have Burrito there you do not have space for anything else! Cheers and enjoy Chicos's finest downtown.

All right! Service excellent fast and super friendly. The big tacos are a lot of food. The chips are made fresh there and so delicious. They stack the meat up. Everything is freshly tasting. They have good seating and it is very clean. Depending on time and day you may have to park some blocks away, but it is not bad. With patience you can find a place at a reasonable distance. Take cash! No cards accepted although they advertise an app for online ordering and payment by the app.

As with most locals, I’ve frequented this establishment for sometime. After being gone for a couple years, I decided to stop in order lunch. I was not disappointed. Still that delicious taste that made it a Chico staple for sometime. In the many years my family and I have gone to Aca Taco, we have never had a bad experience. Glad to see it’s just as good now, as it was 10 years ago.

Didn't realize its only cash. Had ordered a chicken asada with guacamole and Sour cream burrito. Of course with everything else. Didn't get the sour cream salsa or guacamole.. It was not a good experience. Not going back.

Great place for NorCal Mexican cuisine. They have accepted some ascal options like California Burritos. Two pints of beer for 5 dollars was a nice deal.
