Llegamos con la duda de elegir menú degustación o comer a la carta en el gastrobar y decidimos lo último, la verdad fue un acierto total. Por ponerle un pero decir que nos quedamos con las ganas de la ensaladilla rusa y las anchoas pero eran unos platos grandes y al ser dos personas si lo pedías no podrías degustar otras cosas más originales, tendrían que pensar en ese detalle. La cena fue una exquisitez de primero un huevo y sus puntillas con carabinero, espectacular. A continuación unas quisquillas atemperadas en aceite que estaban increíbles. Seguimos con un tartar de atún rojo de los mejores que he probado con una mezcla de sabores increíbles y ya para terminar un mero rojo a la vizcaína perfecto. Y el postre ya lo dejo a vuestra elección yo pedí la tarta de chocolate.
It was an incredible experience: first a reception in a living room where a pianist offered us a magical moment. Then we were placed on an intimate table next to the window, with peats of roses adorning it. the maitre (mario was very friendly and was at all times explaining the dishes and the wine that paired it, attending to our questions and trying to make the dinner pleasant and difficult to forget. the waitress were very kind and they treated us exquisitely. thank you. we will come back
loose experience to be so recommended. perfect location. only serve menu in restaurant, menu of tasting. is understood... a succession of dishes without great expressivity or content. a menu with pretensions but loose in presentation and contrasts. service with desire but in learning. We'd have to take a walk... the lizard... the lone shrimp... the flavors... linear... much to improve...
What a first rate restaurant. The food and service were superb. We had the a degustation and every stage was just amazing. We had the wine pairing which were perfect and reasonably priced for what we received. It’s 5 star.
