"Mixed meat tandoori starter to share was nice. Mains were again nice but not exceptional. Service was efficient and friendly. This is a big restaurant so was a bit noisy until a few customers left. Limited atmosphere so I prefer a cosier environment."

What have Aagrah done by serving customers with cheap cakes? I didn’t like the dessert choice on offer and it seems to have gone down hill. I could tell the cakes were cheap and one bite confirmed it. They seem to have stopped sorbets which...is a shame. They just seem to have replaced their desserts altogether as normally they never run out of cheesecake on a Saturday night but did. There weren’t any mousses either along with other cake selections that are actually edible. There wasn’t a great fruit selection either, only providing pineapple. The mains and starters were fine but if is poor quality I’m rethinking of going back to Aagrah until they go back to serving the desserts they used to have a year and a half ago. I last went to Shipley in August and to be honest I had no complaints on the food or desserts back then.

For years we have been going here, however we went tonight for the buffet. First disappointment was they do not do popadoms and the salad selection is not as it used to be so would have had better selection if bought separatley as it would...have been cheaper and what we were wanting. The ladies toilets were absolutely disgusting, the restaurant opened at and our table was booked for pm on going into the toilets it looked like the floors had not been swept and washed for a week, bits of dust and grime around the cubicle even in the corners so I will be giving it a miss from now on

Ordered a takeaway from here through Uber Eats last night for us and the children as a before going back to school treat. Took over an hour and a half to come so the children were late to bed and went it came it was...all freezing cold and not edible and it looked as though someone had taken a bite out of the naan bread too. Regular customer of the Aagrah but wont be back after this. Cost over too, expect better. Rang the restaurant last night to discuss this and was told a manager would ring me back but that never happened.
