I've been a customer of this restaraunt for a many years and I would commend them on the quality and range of their food. The place is generally clean and tidy. Unusually, the staff make a lot of effort to make you feel welcome and looked after. I would have awarded them 5 stars but they do have a slight tendancy not to make mistakes with orders. I would recommend this to any of my neighbours as one of the best local curry houses.
a very good service. even though 8 waiters run mad, the service is slow, inconspicuous and yet excessively apologetic. the kitchen does not seem to work with the waiters and they will often be served later than people who arrive after them. that's no goodbye. it happened in each of my 3 travels (it will not be 4.) eating is ok when they manage to remember their full order, but there are far better Indians in the opposite.
our departure arrived on time. the food was very delicious. we couldn't blame it if we tried. it was without doubt the most beautiful takeaway curry we had in a long time! we didn't hang a photo because we couldn't stop starting next time!
the taste of bengal is our popular native Indian; we even go to Christmas days for a curry! the food and service is always excellent and we many of our friends insist on going to dinner when they visit.
