After many times I have eaten there. I went with my partner and my son today at noon and the first dish we ordered was a hair's worth. With that incident, my partner lost his hunger and we kindly asked the manager that I would continue eating without a problem and that he would take out what was left. from my menu, but please remove my partner's menu since he is not going to continue eating because he was disgusted by finding a hair while he was eating his food. To this, the manager said that he couldn't do anything, he would change our plate, but that he couldn't cancel the girl's menu, that she would continue bringing out her plates and that she had to put up with it. After he took out a few more plates I told him that I should put what was left to take away since for me it was not the right thing to continue eating and see my partner who does not eat anything since the place disgusts him. We went to the counter to pay the bill and ask for the claim form. I kindly paid the bill and when it came time to submit the complaint form they refused to give me the administration's copy. They only gave me the consumer's copy and they kept the other three sheets, claiming that they themselves will give it to consumers and that the administration sheet, which is really the original, was theirs to keep.
