For the first time I am a bit disappointed with the minute waiting time from ordering to the main course is simply too long at lunchtime. The very nice waiter was all alone in the service and did his best. After the promising starter, the corn poulard was a bit overcooked and not really well seasoned. On the other hand, the ox cheeks and the Dal foam soup are great. I'd rather come back in the evening because everything has always been perfect so far
It was a very special meal, with extraordinary taste experiences, interesting also the wine accompaniment but also upper price level. No drinks menu was offered at the beginning, only verbal offers without price information. We'd love to come back for a special occasion
