Zum Schwanen - Reservar uma mesa

A picturesque, semi-concrete house in the old town of Schwalbach, well preserved and sustainably restored; the wall tastes a pretty painting, it is the home of the restaurant owner, Trastevere?! We want to make it really good today and order traditional pizzas with everything an absolute pleasure (especially if I had to take away pizzas from pizza hat or dominos in recent years, just as I had to... ENDLICH again a real ITALIAN pizza. The dough perfect, the cover lush, and the size could be seen a great pleasure! And the price per pizza remains below EUR 9, and it won't be better. As dessert we went to Zabaglione: Mmmmh, only LECKER, but I missed the ball vanilla ice cream that is occasionally found on the bottom of the bowl in some Italian restaurants. And a flamboyan Sambuca (fortunately one of our rounds had a lighter with it!) formed the crowning conclusion to a perfect evening. RECOMMENDATIONSWERT!!!

Unfortunately I was too often in Italy eating fine pizza. The pizza is not recommended here! It's enough, even a little thick. Tomato sauce with cream refined and the cheese was most likely Gouda. Far from Italy. I would definitely recommend the restaurant for its cozy beer garden!! If you want to eat some bruschetta (not on the map) were really fabulous and drink a beer. My conclusion: good situation bad implementation.

We were here with 4 colleagues and everyone liked the food and the ambience. The service was very friendly and fast. If you're looking for an authentic Italian, you're probably not here. The kitchen has a clear German-bourgeois effect.
