Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I went to this place a couple of weeks ago during my lunch break to lunch for my friend and I to get. I put it on the app and pulled it into a curb-side parking lot. I called to let them know I was there and had commanded one. the girl who answered the phone said to be busy. can you come in? When I came in, they weren't so busy. the journey thru was busy as usual, but dine in and on board were not. it takes 30 seconds to bring someone out their food. I think they were just lazy and didn't want to send a person out to take care of the accusations.

I gave a star because it was good to eat. the customer service was unfortunately terrible. they try to be like Chick-fil-A with two people outside the line that command, but the system simply did not help or makes sense. then we come to the window and they give us the wrong order. we started eating it, but they insisted that we give it back. we drove toosit in the window for a solid 10 minutes or more than she went back and forth trying to get our order, and it wasn't that much to eat.

Note that if you order in the app not only can you You're not in the drive-thru as it says to do... You will sit your food on the counter, where someone could just spit in it or put his fingers in it or threaten it or whatever they wanted until you are there. No stickers to prevent it, even as with doorstep. I don't like that. I can't eat it. Too paranoid. Never order in the app again.

Dropped from 5 stars only because of the drive thru wait times are sometimes very long. The food is always freshly made and tasty. They are always very busy so some wait time is expected. But it has been 30minutes to get thru the line on several occasions. But when they are on point it is 10 minutes or less even when the line wraps the building.

Ordered double pommes, let them repeat my order correctly, still gave me plums. Then just took the ass-in-law and gave me no fries. I asked for my sauce that they didn't give and she reacted with her in the bag after I looked in the bag twice.
