Yuzu Shabu Grill

My friend and I arrived to this place on a Saturday. There were only two servers working on this day. One of the servers told us the wait was going to be 15 minutes, however 35 minutes passed and there was still no sign of us being seated, or served. Later, I approached one of the waiters and she explained she needed to clean the tables before seating us, although there were plenty of empty seats! Then, We were asked to wait another 20 minutes! So be aware and expect to wait a long time to be seated, even if the place looks empty! Expect a lousy service and a long wait regardless. This place is way understaffed for the amount of customers they get in a daily basis.

so disappointed. this place used to be the spot. so good. Now it's always something with them. have tried to force the shopping cart menu on us by chance. it says they close around 10 online. drove 30 minutes to get there around 7:52 and they tell me that the last call is around 8 o'clock? and there were 62 degrees in there and they claimed it was because the ac was out. so empty. drive over the broth, which is equipped with people and with friendly staff.

The food is good. Try the broth in front of the hand. I got the Miso soup and wasn't a big fan. It takes a little time to cook for everything, but this is ok with the right company/pass time. The service was pretty bad, our cups were empty for half the time we were there, and we tried to call the employees, but they never saw us. Maybe it was our fault, maybe it wasn't; we will never know. I recommend this restorer because the food is great.

wow everything from service, broth, diving sauce, quality of ingredients was 5 stars. my gf said that this is the best shabu of her life, she is a food business so she can trust. but I do not repeat the taro trüffelfries get away to healthy, I prefer some fat and super crispy pommes!

Had it twice in two weeks. I get the yuzu favorite with the $4 upgrade. It came out like a whole meat. It filled me. The vegetables were fresh, the staff was helpful and super nice. I also added beef tongue and bacon-wrap-Quil egg. Would definitely be back.
