What a place. The Wooden Tap took over the building that used to be the old apricots, and they completely changed it for the best. The building was completely new and modernized and then opposite the building is located the river, where it turns the area into a bar and Gathering spot. Completely cozy and with andiron deck chairs and fire pits. The really cool part of this presentation is that they turned the Farmington River red for Yelp! We were served two kinds of Nachos beef and chicken and a sweet serving of Mac and cheese. We finished the evening with cupcakes and offer cozy fleece blankets.

Very nice place. Good menu something for everyone. Due to shortage of staffing(thanks to free Covid money being handed out). Food took quite sometime to get and we had small children to keep occupied . Server was attentive and apologized for the lack of help in the kitchen. Food was good. The restaurant looks out over the Farmington River, it’s beautiful.

People met here to celebrate an important birthday! Beautiful view of the river from the terrace and lawn chairs to sit while you wait. We came when they opened AND in the middle of the week, it fills quickly! Great food and service with a smile

Our waitress was bomb!!! The drinks were amazing. Beautiful views all around. All at our party enjoyed vegetables appetizers and meals. Definitely a new favorite in the area. I love how kind the staff is at this point.

I loved the little bison burgers, and the drinks were fabulous. The river was beautiful. They had a few chairs set up for you. Watch the goose poop though!
