Wolfsmuehle - Reservar uma mesa

My review refers to the restaurant and the staff of the Wolfsmühle. I visited the Wolfsmühle twice during a birthday party and I am still disappointed by the restaurant. I think it is good that the Wolfsmühle tries to offer vegan food beyond salad on demand, but is not enthusiastic about the result. Hardly seasoned or fried tofu, with a sad asparagus on a bed of still hard couscous... That's much better! Unfortunately, the staff couldn't win me for themselves. A smile would have been a good start, but the staff would have collected positive points if one had not justified himself as a guest that the Jubilar is currently offering a program and therefore serving is unfavourable. I understand that there were other guests outside our table company on those days, but I would have liked a better organization of the apparently overwhelmed staff who would have made multiple hooks unnecessary after the order has been placed. SIe have potential, dear Wolfsmühlen team, use it!

We had your Argentine hip steak today. It was just overwhelming and scattered on the tongue. That's the least! Everything again! Last time we had filled your noodles with beard. For every lover a must. Here is a little criticism, there were many great walnuts that were not explained. Could be difficult for allergy sufferers. Or really fantastic!
