Wirtshaus am See

At first sight a nice place turned into an upsetting experience because of absolutely rude and vulgar customer service. When we walked in, we were told that we we have to be out of there within an hour because they have other customers coming. The waiter was a young man with an unbelievable attitude: he threw our drinks on the table spilling some; he told one of us that he won't take his plate before all the food is finished; he told a lady not to look at her phone during dinner (fair, but told so by a waiter???); he pushed a gentleman's shoulder when passing (no apology, of course), etc. Finally he said that we could only pay in cash and he won't even try a card payment because "it didn't work the last time he tried". We simply couldn't believe our ears when talking to him! So, even though the food was decent and the atmosphere nice, the service totally ruined this place for us. Never again!

we are on a trip for my husband's special birthday. The first waitress we spoke to had no smile, was impatient and disinterested. Thank goodness for the smiling young lady in red who brought me hot water to go with my coffee. She didnt treat me as if I was a nuisance. I actually felt upset by her rudeness. I would never come back. On top of this - the apple strudel was cold. Coffee far too strong (half a cup) Wir sind auf der Reise für den Geburtstag meines Mannes. Die erste Kellnerin, mit der wir sprachen, hatte kein Lächeln, war ungeduldig und uneigennützig. Gott sei Dank für die lächelnde junge Dame in Rot, die mir heißes Wasser gebracht hat, um mit meinem Kaffee zu gehen. Sie hat mich nicht behandelt, als wäre ich ein Ärgernis.

Výborně jídlo, obsluha je v krojích a působí tím velice příjemnou atmosféru. Jsou velice ochotni a pořadí i například lepší alternativu než jste si vybrali. Jídlo je velice dobre, jen je jediný minus a nevím zda se to tak dá nazvat. Na účet se čeká delší dobu, ale jsou takový ze chtějí aby sítě poseděli a vychutnavali výborně jídlo a kochali se pohádkovým výhledem na jezero :) doporučujeme ;)

Gute tiroler Küche und angenehmes Bier (warum kein östereichisches?). Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und die Kassptzen sind nett angerichtet. Der Nachmittag hätte so schön ausklingen können wäre die Bedienung freundlicher und aufmerksamer. So hakt man das nette Wirtshaus einfach ab und geht zum nächsten Restaurant.

Bedienung bemüht sich nicht um neue Gäste, nimmt die Bestellung lustlos entgegen und ist nicht erfreut, wenn am Gericht Änderungswünsche angebracht werden. Letztere werden auch nicht berücksichtigt.
