We went to dinner at 4. For everyone there were asparagus with beef tongue, potatoes and sauce Hollandaise. Served on square plates. This may look good, but it has the disadvantage that they do not fit into a plate warmer. So the food was not very warm. Partial whites were the potatoes very cold inside. The microwave was probably heated here. The asparagus was okay. Very bite at the thicker end and very soft at the tip. The worst was unfortunately the tongue. This was really hard per disc on one side and soft on the other side. Probably this was boiled with too little water, so some of the tongue looked out. But the taste was much worse. It tasted as if the tongue was kept in the refrigerator for a long time with spoiled food, and this has accepted the taste. Even the tendons were not removed. I can't.
