We put an order online and had to call back to add one more item. Grubhub delivered our items. We check our food order and they forgot our Cajun corn. We called them telling them they forgot our corn. They tell us well we have it here you can come pick it up. What was the point of paying for it to be delivered. They were very rude over the phone. They gave us such a hard time. We had to call grubhub and we were on wait for 40 minutes. Never got our corn. Very disappointed because we order here all the time. It just took one person to not check the order and make sure the order was complete. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 6 years. Making the customer happy was always number one especially if you messed up.

stood at 2 o'clock in the camp and had to ask twice to even get a job. They told us 15 minutes and we waited in the load. After about 20 minutes, one of the workers came out and told us that the ticket broke so it will take a few minutes more. we got our order 20 minutes later, and the pommes were almost black and soggy. it looked like it had been fried in bad oil. I hate wasting food, but that was insane. never again

I was drunk with these wings all week! last time I ordered the fries and they were a little salty for me, so this time I ordered without season and season. (girl) they were super polite and beyond! jasmine, (the lady who took my order) many thanks for so nice and sweet! I just took a picture. but that's all you have to do!

The food is good but I went to pick up my order the guy over there told me that my dipping sauce inside the sealed bag .. after I went to my car I checked and didn’t find the dipping sauce inside and went back to the store to get it ! .. imagine if I didn’t check before I leave !

I have the honey bbq boneless wings and I ordered them from eat. they packed my order very well and the wings were very good. the only complaint I had was that my wings were oversaturated. otherwise, really good and will order again.
