This wimpy is obviously not owner managed. The problem with letting staff manage themselves is that they only look at themselves and want easy work with minimal effort and time. Four staff members. Most of time either sitting, on their mobiles or talking amongst themselves. Asking them to do anything is like asking them for a favour or apologizing for interrupting their chat or WhatsApp messenging. Food undercooked. Chips still cold inside. My burger only slightly cooked outside. Still cold inside. Burger bum hardly toasted. Looks like they rushed to cook it so that they could back to their chit chat or sitting on the chair. Like another customer said. You had to go to the counter to pay. Hardly a restaurant service. I doubt complaining about the food and service at the time would do anything. Most likely they will argue or fight back if I complained. Lesson learnt. A great shame really as I go out of my to support independent businesses. Franchised or otherwise A message to the franchise owner. Get properly trained staff who go out of their to serve customers and give proper cooked food. Avoid this wimpy at all costs
