The ox, I asked at least, came in hot stone which made it pass. good hot rice, but served with a fork, had to ask the spoon times....On the subject of wines, the truth that I did not perceive there was a lot of variety or the waiter did not know to tell me. in general well, but it should be improved since the leap it has made in reform must also be reflected in gender and service.

very good experience. I have long wanted to try this restaurant and more after the reform. The place is beautiful, I was eating at the gastro bar, but a visit to the restaurant is pending. With respect to the staff, I am drawn to the great number of waiters there are, we were treated at all times with great kindness. the very extensive menu, with tapas and dishes of all kinds, we ask for a spectacular tuna toast, saladilla and wagyu picaña, all very good. The only glue I put on is the new stools, elongated bars where you have to share a table with unknown people. I'll come back without a doubt.
