William's Spanish

Williams is a nice, clean, somewhat utilitarian (nothing fancy or pretentious here) corner property on Linden st at E. Goepp st in Bethlehem. It is similar to many Dominican or Puerto Rican food restaurants in layout, the windowed hot table area displaying various cooked meats, roasts, stews etc. Williams has more choices then most and every one of them is excellent. It's hard to go wrong here, it's all good. At a right angle to the primary counter is a windowed holding area for mostly fried foods like pastels, acupuria, stuffed potatoe balls etc. Once again let me say it's all very very good. I get yellow rice and side of beans no matter what else I order, it's the best tasting rice I ever had. The service ?‍ is fast, unpretentious , efficient, and yet still pleasant and polite. So if you wanna try some Hispanic food by real Dominican cooks , try Williams.

We moved here from New York to Bethlehem wanted to try a Spanish restaurant the food here has no flavor the bake chicken was not season good nor was the stew chickenThe food is very very nasty I do not recommend this place Bethlehem pa doesn’t know how to make Spanish food

Very good food lunch and dinner. Very tasty pork, spare ribs, rice, mash potatoes balls good, baked chicken was crispy delicious, but empanadas only half full kind of bland, overall enjoyed and I'll be back soon!!Food: 4/5
