Wilder Scratch Kitchen

First time here and we will definitely be back. I had the burger special (beef schnitzel patty, swiss, gruyere spread, pickled onion, zucchini kraut, Festbier mustard with the baked black beans) and my wife had pork chop tacos (Chamoy sauce, pepitas, pickled onion, feta, cilantro also with the baked black beans). We shared and both were great. In fact, this is probably the best burger I've had in a few years. Top it all off with a nice selection of Oliphant beers and you can't go wrong.

What a wonderful gem. Wilder takes the basics and turns up the yum factor to ten. Enjoyed seasonal baba made from squash which was delightfully creamy with just the right amount of garlic. For the kids, great burgers with amazing tots that were done to perfection. Poke dish was good, but expected a bit more of a soy or Asian spice punch. Great service! Thanks for a lovely night of outside dining in quaint Bayport.

Great food and service! Our burgers were absolutely amazing and unique! Service was fantastic and the decor was homey and delightful. Seeing the cooks and the care they took with the food made me truly appreciate their craftsmanship. In these times, I am so thankful for good people working to care for our communities. Thank you!

We stopped in the night before Thanksgiving. Initially we were the only folks there, but more did come in. Our burgers were great and Jeanie went out of her way to give us a good experience. We will be back to try other items on this unusual menu.

Perfectly cooked, amazing flavored food. Adorable small environment. Wonderful cocktail menu to boot.
