Wholly Smokin' Downtown

This restaurant has no customer service! I ordered food at 9:00 in the morning to be delivered through Door Dash in the later afternoon as a gift meal. When Door Dash showed up to get the food they said their app was down and they had no order. So Door Dash cancelled the order and they let me know. I called the restaurant and they did nothing to compensate or help me get food delivered. They did not care what happened. Awful customer service! Will not set foot in the restaurant.

Came and sat at the bar after looking at many different menus. The bartender, Devin, was so wonderful with her recommendations and made a fabulous Manhattan! We enjoyed sitting and talking with her! So professional and skilled! Thank you Devin for your recommendations! We will visit again if we are in Florence!

Food and service were exceptional. Cornbread was spicy and sweet. House salad was wonderful. Brisket was amazing. Loved it all. Quick service too.
