White Castle - Reservar uma mesa

We paid our food through the White Castle app. That means our food should be ready to just pick up and go. The door was closed and they told us to go through the drive. Why do I have to go through the drive if our food should be ready? The point of ordering through the app is pick up and go. So we had to wait 40 minutes to order food about an hour ago. If you want White Castle, don't go to this. Drive the extra miles. This place is not good. Update: Makes things worse. We're going to the window, and the young lady has an attitude. And we had to wait until Fritten was ready. I'll wait while I write this review. What turns into what suspects to be a 5-10 minutes stop turned into a 45 minutes waiting. We should have gone to TGIF.

I ordered a crave box, sack of fries and onion chips. There's a box with additional instructions on it. In that box I clearly stated EXTRA ONIONS. Food and delivery ended up being $44 and I didn't get what I paid for. How easy is it to fill my order properly? I will NEVER frequent the Zane location. The burgers were dry, tasteless and just plain awful. If it wasn't for my 3 Grand Bay Bays and how much I paid, I would have thrown them in the trash! Their burgers taste NOTHING like they should and evidently whomever made them just didn't give a damn.

Visited at 2:00 a.m. It took forever to move for the line, they seem to work two or three people there, so I don't understand what it took so long, my coupon expired before I could get into the window to show the person who took the orders in the food, only seemed to subparate this time. If you know that and the white castle like I love, ignore it. This is part of the standard Wihite Castle experience, except for the part of the subpar foods. This is a fuke.

I didn't have the greatest experience in this place. I mean, it was horrible. But I give him four stars because the leadership did everything that day to make it better. And he did better. Because of his good customer support, I'll keep the negative things for me. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but he's a short dark skin brother. Very nice and patient.

My mozzarella sticks weren't even done all the way. my chicken and cheese sandwiches were thrown together and didn't even give me my recipe as I asked. probably not come back.
