White Castle - Reservar uma mesa

Unfortunately, the staff was not prepared at all to do table service. We had 6:00 reservations and were there on time. We sat right away as there were very few people. The server took our orders at 18:20. At 7:15 we hadn't got our food yet. We went two times forward to see the problem. Unfortunately, they used walks where they didn't eat so they could get them out and ignored the moats where they eat. They also served the lift windows. We finally got our food that was all wrong at 7:30. We had to get the food, because table service was impossible, despite the advertising it would be table service. We ate the food they gave us when we were starving. I don't really blame the server because she wasn't a waitress. You should hire waitresses for this day as it would have been better. We had a good time

We went for your Valentine's Day experience. We had a reservation of 8:00. When we came there, nobody greeted us and nobody served the tables. After we had to wait 10 minutes, we asked ourselves at the switch whether someone worked the floor and we didn't say it. If we wanted to eat, we'd have got the long line on the switch. The woman before me had a 7:00 reservation and waited for her food. The whole point of going to White Castle on Valentine's Days is the fun to do so that it is fine food. This White Castle was chaos without control. We went and went to the White Castle, they were much better and sat at a table. You need to talk to the administration in this White Castle and do it to do a much better work on Valentine's Day they will.

The doorman and the manager went ABOVE and BEYOND . they were friendly. nice the food was hot. the place was BEAUTIFUL they decorated it beautiful. the candles. Flowers were very romantic. They even made room for my aunt and her children, as extras deserve the place 5 stars and I will again make reservations for the next Valentine's Day I hope to get the same crew they where nice friendly and very welcoming

Was okay, COVID played a role why it wasn't so great this year. Usually Valentines in White Castle is fun and chess at the same time. This year they get a past because of what's going on in the world. Hopefully next year it will be normal fun and scam.

Tried the new 1921 slider. Nothing special IMO. Maybe they need to stick to sliders. Used mobile ordering and they got it 100% right. Drive up is kinda slow.
