"So what to say about Whataburger. My favorite fast food burger, a double with cheese and bacon. And of course any good hamburger comes with mustard. But they have lots of other choices. Probably a 3.5, but food changes have been made correctly, the Whataburgers usually melt, so they get 4 stars. Negative: I used the app and entered ca. 15 minutes after the order, what 5 minutes after the app said it would be ready. There is a sign that online order pickup says, but no one maintenance this line so you need to wait in the order line. Unfortunately, they trained someone so that the line lasted forever. When I came to the counter, it was 25 minutes since the order. Guess what? Food wasn't ready to wait for almost 10 minutes. What is the purpose to place an online order (and pay before time) when you have to wait in the line and wait for it to show up AFTER? It took 35 minutes to get the food that I might have just waited in the car thru. Pros: The new Südburger is tasty and the sides were hot as I had to wait for them to be made. The changes I made in the app have actually been followed, which is usually not the case for Whataburgers.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I sat in line 10 minutes with no movement. I couldn 't leave because I was surrounded on all sides by cars. When i finally got to the speaker, I was told to wait. It was 10 minutes before I finally said hello???? I knowshe can hear me talking to my daughter. I know how these speakers work. You can always hear us. They don 't turn off. Shecouldn 't have forgotten. Finally, she takes my order and I wait another 20 minutes before I get my order. Nearly 1 hour total inthe drive thru line. I knew Whataburger a had gone down hill in the last 10 years due to you all not paying workers enough, butthis was the worst experience at any restaurant ever. PAY PEOPLE MORE!!! i certainly won 't return.
I got another Chili Cheese burger meal. I was excellent! And the addition of Fritos is the best! The only thing that would make it better would be a thick slice of onion. I've wished for years that they would have these on their menu. Very few fastfood burger places have them anymore, but this one is great! I hope they keep it on the regular menu!
