Whataburger - Reservar uma mesa

Let me start by saying I have a heavy blow. Typically, I order my food online anywhere I go because I stutter for me, it just makes things much easier. I ordered breakfast at this point, but because it was cold outside, although the lock was the only option that I choose to get through in the ride. In this way, neither I nor one of the employees would have to go outside. When I'm on the line to pick up my mobile order, I was asked if I was on the grounds, and I said #1 when I came to the window, I was asked the name on the order. I started to apologize and told the cashier my last name because I had too much trouble seeing my first name. The lady laughed at me and then closed the window. When she came back, she said “the order for Kalamazoo”? My name is Khaliah and I felt so embarrassing. It was so rude and I felt so uncomfortable that I honestly never come to this place again

Waited at curbside for over 20 mins, had to go inside and was not acknowledged for almost 5 mins even though the cashier looked at me she acted like I was not there. All I had was 2 shakes only to hear them talking to each and then saying to the other that they haven't refilled the shake machine but basically gives me to darn cups of milk that I had to go put in the freezer. I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and don't plan on patronizing this location again. I need to be contacted ASAP!

I've been through the drive twice and both times the employees were rude. One of them barely gave me my stuff, so basically I had to open my door to get it? the other one I sat in the window for ten minutes, then I said hello to the opponent and employees rudely said to wait... I mean, come on y'all.. It's called customer service... my order at 11:31 wait 15 minutes now for a burger and pommes... watch while all cars behind me with their orders.... Must be better

The waiting time was great, the only problem I had was that my drink was crowded. When the employee gave me the drink, he spilled and she had my card and fell under my car. I had to get it under my car. She let me know, and she was polite. Just tell them that when the drink is spilled wait to return the card after the customer has the drink under control.

The customer service of this special Whataburger was unfortunately missing. They ignored one of our groups who stood there waiting for orders and went around to take the order of another who was not part of our group and came to us. They told us we had food we didn't have, and they were rude while they did. It was just a very unpleasant experience.
