I was very contradictory to give a review of only one star so that I will explain it. the health care in which he was good. I brought my college daughter almost a year ago. the bill was over $30,000 for a few hours because of a CT scan. I do not complain about the height of the bill here; my problem is the entire billing process. it's terrible. my daughter gave her oral permission to share all the information with me, along with the signing of several forms that specify the same. this documentation was not shared with every additional unit that deals with the bills that make my life a living bright. the system is quite broken and urgently needs to be repaired and no one takes care of. no one does everything about the problems. if the hospital shares the billing information with another company, the HIPPA forms should accompany the bill. that would be smart and efficient. instead, any person I'm talking to hide behind the HIPPA laws and refuses to help me pay a bill. that's not the first time I had this problem and I'm sure it won't be the last. as I said, the medical staff does what they have to do. the billing staff reduces the ball and keeps the costs high by time and money inefficient.
