Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

Staff is apathetic and not helpful at all. Today is national cheeseburger day and their app is Horrible!!! Trying to order one thing to get the deal is impossible. There 's no way 3 different people with 3 different phones are at fault for the app not loading properly. We wanted them to try and do something, but just got a sorry, we know the app is bad but we can 't give you the deal unless it 's ordered by mobile. No offer for a manager to help out, or compensation. This Wendy 's USED to be OK, but now it is definitely subpar and the staff just doesn 't give a d*mn. I 'd rather go across town to the other Wendy 's even though I live right next to it. Do better.

Always the worst service! The food is typical Wendy's food. Why the kids serving the line are hired is beyond me! They are purposely slow, chatting, looking at their phones- doing the bare minimum. They've even locked the restaurant early and let friends in- claiming something is broken inside but really wanting to clearly work less. Please please Wendy's I beg of you- get a new manager and staff to preserve your namesake!

The dining room was only open for mobile app pickups. When I tried to use my phone to make an order while standing in the lobby, I was told that was not a mobile order. I asked if I should go to the drive-thru and nobody answered. There was a great deal of chaos in the kitchen and the staff ignored me. I decided to leave. This is the opposite of customer service.

Every single time we come to this windows it’s closed. If you advertise that you’re open you should be open. It’s 10:41pm and there’s not a single person in the place.

Nice people, including food. Can't comment on atmosphere since I didn't go in, fast, duh.
