Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

I love Wendy's, it's an excellent fast food restaurant, but this particular place seems to have lowered its standards in service. The last couple of times I visited ran out of what I ask, and have to calm down for everything that is available. Last week, when I told the young lady that she served me coke instead of the lemonade, she turned her back and shouted a F bomb. Then they served my chicken nuggets and said they had no sauces. I decided there was time to give this to Wendy for a while.?

Jose is a terrible manager, there is no way to be one. He plays with customers that you move the car back and forward in the drive thru window while you wait for the order, and when he is asked why he does that his answer is that he does not explain why, that is a corporate secret. No professional person. Wendy should improve training and hire people who care about the job, not just to go Ad hours.

Orders a 1 with a diet Dr Pepper. A small Caesar Salad and a small 6 piece chicken nugget with an extra large Diet Dr. Pepper. What I got. Small Dr Pepper, Medium Dr Pepper, 5 chicken nuggets, no salad dressing. I had to repeat my order 4 times and they still got it wrong. Not only that horrible attitude. No customer service at all. Just train better. You lost me as a customer for sure.

I cant even find the words to explain. Every time my order is wrong. My last order i asked for the grilled chicken pub. They gave me a spicy chicken pub. Drink was wrong. And meal sizes where all wrong. Plus from watching through the window the manager was being verbally disrespectful to the employees.

Order placed and specified exactly how I wanted my burger (lettuced packed). $6 for a burger with a bun. Please pay attention to ordering a customer, especially if they pay more for less.
