Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

I understand that the workers are under stress but does anyone in that store know how to follow simple directions? I have a severe dairy allergy, I specifically asked for my salad with NO CHEESE, and they handed it to me with cheese, so I sent it back and it still had cheese at the bottom of the lettuce! I also ordered 3 kids meals, and got only got 2. I wasn't given my receipt at all either and when I went inside they refused to give me my other kids meal. I've never had a problem with this location before, but I will never go here again and I will not recommend this store to anyone.

The only problem I have and it's everywhere I go is employees wear their mask underneath their nose they should wear it properly so people don't get sick!! Other than that is a service was great and so is the food

My new go to for the grilled chicken ranch bacon club sandwich the best thing I've had at a fast food place in a long time.
