Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

8/22/22 3:00PM Wendy's on Harlem and Madison in Oak ParkDON'T EAT AT THIS LOCATION...I went in to use the restroom before I ordered. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. The women's restroom is so dirty I didn't even use it. I asked to use the men's restroom instead it was a bit cleaner but I didn't use it either. The sink was so dirty in the men's restroom it looked like it ain't been cleaned in weeks. I placed an order then asked to speak to the manager to bring it to his attention. Then I noticed the front counter how dirty it was and the restaurant wasn't even busy inside. I cancelled my order and asked for my money back. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like ??

that is the dirtyest wendys I've ever been to, not only eating is disgusting, but also the employees. I've never experienced such an rude service in my life. I was rushed in the drive to take my order before I could even finish a complete order the running Thru personnel held rudely say that it is that it. When I got the food of my sohnes, it had a big hair cream in it. I was mad because I was on the eway on the way to his game. I called the man right away. I took that back this morning and got a refund. I told the manager how rude the hired yesterday was, but she didn't give a damn and was very dismissed. I'm calling!

This has to be the rudest and dirtiest Wendy's I've ever been to. please stay far away I'm calling corporate I hope everyone calls corporate these people are rude don't get your order right then give you a attitude all of them are freaking rude all the way to the manager. Wish I could give -3 stars

This was my first time at this Wendy'slocation. I ordered the rib tip dinner which included rib tips, garlic bread, fries and Cole slaw. Everything was delicious. The staff was courteous and professional. The food was ready fast. I will definitely be going back.

I come here quite often and this is my favorite location. They are quick, professional, fast and the food is always fresh and good. Best location I have been to!
