Wendy's - Reservar uma mesa

This place has gone a bit downhill lately, idk what happened maybe people quit or they hired new people who just don't get it but every time within the past couple months I've been coming here there has always been a line wrapped around the building, takes me forever to get my food and leave.

I visited this Wendy's for the second time and received exactly the same service as the first time.. Placed the order, had to re-order when I got to the window. Zero opportunities to even ask for ketchup, the window was closed so fast with not even a thank you. Zero.
