Wagamama - Reservar uma mesa

I usually love Wagamama, but my experience at the Westfield branch was awful. Terrible service. I ordered a meal and after 30 minutes was still waiting. I had obsrved people arriving and getting their meals and I was still there 30 minutes later. I ordered a variety of times saying that I had been waiting for quite some time. They aplogised promising to deal with my situation immediately. In the end I stormed out after I had complained to the manager. Mrs Francesca Mifsud

My family love Wagamama. We are usual Wagamama customers (Westfield Stratford, Liverpool Street) Just tried GREAT MARLBOROUGH STREET and we are really disappointed. Poor service, portions are really small compared to other Wagamama restaurants. Looks like they opened just for new customers, random tourists charge them, give them poor service and never see them again. If you want to eat in Wagamama just avoid this one. Try another one.

Go elsewhere, even if you usually like Wagamamas. If you’ve left your coat in the car while shopping in Westfield you’ll need it back to eat at this Wagamama. It’s really cold, and so is the food. Also use the toilets in the shopping centre before you go, because they’re cleaner than the restaurants which also had no toilet paper. Service is grumpy too, maybe because they have to deal with so many complaints. Worst Wagamama for ages.

I had an excellent time at Wagamama in Shepherd's Bush. The waiter Giuseppe was fantastic and I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family. The chicken katsu curry was amazing, as always!

Went there with a party of 26 people, received food surprisingly quickly and it was very good too. However a bit spicy even after i asked for no spice.
