the women who worked there were totally miserable and very rude. I was glad to go in. I wasn't in forever. I saw it slowly so I was looking forward to making someone at night with a big tip. not a smile, and I seemed more of inconvenience and angry than a customer. everything I said, what was not much, was not received well. I remained polite and still tilted (not the tip I had planned) but it was such a cold and unpleasant experience. my waffel was good. nothing like years ago, but still good. will probably never go back. I hope whatever in the lives of women who served me will be better

Although my opinion will not do much because it is a franchise that sells itself, this time I had the bad luck to be served by a lady who really is a disgusting human being.I asked for the burger WITHOUT cheese and her answer was that it would not be possible because it came with cheese.When I asked for an extra waffle of hers her annoyance was evident.she threw the dishesand apart from her she had a cold nose.She shouldn't be there to serve the public.a disgusting attention for her

The low rating has nothing to do with the food! We waited nearly 45 mins and were not served. We ended up taking our meals with us in order to get back to our schedule

the food was delicious, the lady who took our order was very respectful and she had excellent customer service. I'll come back.
