"I enjoyed a sunset view while dining at the Poolside Bar Grill. The only employee, a Hispanic lady, served me a delicious Cajun Cod sandwich and Mango Coconut shortbread. This meal was a tribute to my former German American girlfriend who had a significant impact on my life.
