Viviani - Reservar uma mesa

The lure of the christmas market in Arras brought myself and my party to the city this week. Deciding we would turn up on speck, a party of 4, and take our chances we discovered this exquisite venue just off the large market square and two minutes from the christmas fayre.The menu was stunning whether it be the fixed menu or the al a carte. My party all went for the basic formule but noted the contents of the gastronomique choice also.We were well received and enjoyed an excellent three course fayre.One place definitely under rated by Trip advisor at the present time. It is so much more than an Italian restaurant.

A very nice Italian restaurant not far from the Grand Place. Good choice of pasta and pizza (as well as other Italian dishes). The food and drink are well priced and the staff work very hard. It is easy enough to get the bill but appears to be difficult to pay. In the end I took the bill to the cash desk. It is either poor service or lack of information. Something the venue should deal with.

This is the first time in Arras and we wanted to eat away from the main square. I'm so pleased we managed to get a table in this busy place. The food is done well with good flavour. The staff were very busy but were still helpful and friendly. We were only staying one night but would love to go back.

Reservations are recommended but not essential. We went early and had no problem. Staff coped well with our lack of French and the food was outstanding. Would love to go again.

We visited this restaurant on a Thursday evening, service was speedy, we had Belgian Beer, nice to be able to be served such nice beer, wish we could say the about the food.
