Viva Zapatas Mexican Restaurant

Had dinner with a work colleague on a Monday night as I recall. Service was poor. Our waitress was missing in action for a fair while so I had to go up to the bar to get her attention and to place our order.The food was quite delicious - a credit to the kitchen staff - and my glass of sangria was excellent.The waitress was similarly absent from our table when it came time to pay so I had to walk up to the bar again to get her attention.Will possibly eat there again but when I do I'll make clear to the wait staff that I expect reasonable service and if they are not going to provide it then I'll walk straight out.

We used Menulog to order dinner from Zapatas tonight . . . . First and last time.I have eaten in the restaurant some time ago, and the food was good, however, the takeaway service was terrible. The food arrived half an hour later than stated ( one and a quarter hours from ordering ) and was barely tepid on arrival. I just hope we don't suffer from having to reheat a meal that's reheated to begin with.

Went with a group of 8. Ordered and only 7 meals came out. Could not get the attention of the staff and had to go up to the counter. They didn't know that had missed a meal. The meal came out 5 minutes after letting them know and it was cold, as it had been sitting out in the kitchen. Not only that thay had taken drink orders and forgotten to bring them out. I will not be going back there.

Good Greek food. Lovely staff. Quick service. Greeks favourite, which is usually a sign that it's great. Also like the music on Saturday night. Even a vegetarian can eat Greek!

Really expensive, no good presentation and no words for taste, great location for this restaurant, staff are friendly but poor kitchen results.
