Vintage Prime Steakhouse

a really nice local steakhouse here in st. james. made reservations as this place fills up quickly every day of the week. a very nice clean, comfortable, atmosphere. they have a great wine selection and ordered a bottle for the table. we ordered the yellowfin tuna and crab cake as our appetizers. very nice. my wife chose the T-Bone and I chose the cowboy rib steak. both were cooked to perfection. our sides were roasted vegetables and asparagus parmigiano. excellent. our server was mario and he was very professional during our stay. he brought us free cheesecake, as it was our jubilee. after that we thought the bar was a nightcapsule. only reason for four stars and not five was their choice in dinner music. very loud grunge art music not expected in an upscale steakhouse. we're coming back!

we had the best dinner yesterday. my college friend and I chose it as a meeting point. a friend in st james recommended it. we had a perfect dinner. first our service was perfect. a very nice young man who met us on all the specials and special preps. he held great attention to us, but was not above the pointed or intrusive. we started with the clams, then anoint and then ours. the food was perfectly cooked. I can only say that I thank them for the wonderful night they gave two old friends.

Overall great experience. My wife and I eat out often and this is one of go too places. The food and service are always excellent.
