Viet Cajun Noodles

My husband and I cannot get enough of this restaurant! The Chicken Banh Mi Sandwich is ALWAYS a good idea as is their Brisket Meatball or their Vegetable Tofu Pho! We love their Fresh Spring Rolls with BBQ Pork and Poached Shrimp to start our meals, which comes with the most delicious peanut dipping sauce! To top off their fantastic menu, their Fresh Cajun Seafood by the pound is absolutely phenomenal; we like the Spicy Garlic Butter Peel Eat Shrimp! We absolutely love their food, EVERYTHING we have gotten has always been delicious and consistent, each time we have ordered (and it's been A LOT in the last year! Don't miss this wonderful family owned restaurant!

THE FOOD IS AMAZING. But the manager needs to have more than one person working. Every table was either occupied or not cleared, and they only had 1 person working. 1 person cant handle takeout orders, bussing tables, and waiting tables. The manager needs to either get someone bussing tables or hire a 2nd waiter. I walked out after 20 minutes of waiting and went somewhere else. 3 of the tables were taken by people simply waiting for To Go orders.... Poor waitress. I would give you this place a 5/5 stars but i want the manager to see this.

This is my first time coming here and it was great. I ordered the beef steak pho and my buddy ordered the lobster pho. We both got a lot of meat in the pho. The broth of the pho is really tasty. We also ordered a steak Banh mi and got a lot of meat. The bead had a good crunch to it. We received excellent service from the staff. They were super friendly and welcoming.

Lost their lease and are closed. Their sign says they hope to relocate somewhere else in Woodbury in near future.
